This policy explains what personal information Elliott & Lee Business Management LTD ("Elliott & Lee", "we") collects through this website, how we use it and what choices you have. If you have a question about it, email us at admin@elliottandlee.com.

What we collect

What you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're asking about and your message. The date, time and IP address of the submission are recorded with it.
How you use the site: pages visited, time on the site, the website that sent you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). Google Analytics collects this, as described below.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
To see how the site is used so we can improve it.
To keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam.

We don't sell personal information.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how people use this site. It places cookies in your browser and sends usage information to Google. We don't use it to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that messages come from people, not bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

If you sign up for our newsletter on the Mailchimp signup page linked from this site, Mailchimp stores the details you enter there, such as your name and email address, on our behalf. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our newsletter: Webflow (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics and spam protection), Mailchimp (newsletter) and the agency that maintains the site. Some of them store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, or longer if the law or our professional obligations require it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need to keep it. Email admin@elliottandlee.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
