Abdul Hameed Khan leads tax controversy at Elliott & Lee. He handles CRA audits, reviews, reassessments, objections and voluntary disclosures for businesses, individuals, institutions and charities.

He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation and an MBA. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with CPA British Columbia, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and holds the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors in the United States. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Hameed trained at a Big Four firm and has more than 16 years of experience in tax, audit and risk. As an internal auditor, he has spent his career building and testing the kind of controls the CRA looks at, which shapes how he prepares a client's response from the first letter.
